Katie E. Rhoades
Katie has been in the fitness industry for 28 years and is nationally certified as a Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Fitness Trainer through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Assoc. of America). She also works nationally as a contractor for AFAA, training/certifying instructor candidates. She has attended various training/workshops through the years and offers a wide range of classes, including Pilates, Yoga, Silver Sneakers, Step, Cross-Training, Bootcamp, Cycling, Kickboxing, Muscle Conditioning, SeniorFIT, and AquaFIT Water Aerobics.
Katie has actively shared her love for fitness with others for many years. She likes to challenge and encourage her clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercise.
Katie has served on the City of Kyle Parks Committee and the Kyle Vista Recreation Center Building Planning Committee.
As a wife to Andy for 28 years, mother of two young adult daughters, a small business owner, and Personal Trainer, she knows how hard it is to make time for physical fitness, but also knows how important it is.
