Bootcamp

Boot Camp is a 4-week indoor/outdoor fitness program designed to maximize fat loss.  All levels work together and all levels will be challenged.   You will meet an amazing “family” of ladies that support each other and cheer you on when you need it the most!

No two workouts are ever the same!  I will constantly change up the program to challenge your muscles and avoid the dreaded “plateau”!

Pre- and Post- evaluations to help you monitor your progress!

All bootcamp sessions are 4 weeks.  Payments are due on/before the first session date.  Please see session dates below for payment due dates.

Cost:

2x/week:   $60.00/4 weeks

3x/week:   $90.00/4 weeks

4x/week:   $120.00/4 weeks

All fitness assessments are included (body circumference measurements, weight, body fat analysis).

Session 1:           Jan. 4-29

Session 2:           Feb. 1-26

Session 3:           Mar. 1-Apr. 2  (off Mar. 15-19 Spring Break)

Session 4:           Apr. 5-30

Session 5:           May 3-28

Session 6:           May 31-June 25
