Kyle Fitness Program (Kyle P.A.R.D.) meeting at Negley Elementary School in Plum Creek Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. C.S.I. (Cardio, Strength, Intensity) Every class is different!! You'll find yourself challenged to do anything from sports conditioning, circuits, intervals, strength training, jogging, and more, both indoors and out. Never a dull moment. Mondays and Wednesdays 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Water Aerobics at City of Kyle Swimming Pool (Gregg-Clarke Park) Burn calories and build muscle without breaking a sweat! The natural resistance of water makes this class a great low-impact water workout combining cardiovascular exercises with strength training. The class is performed in chest-deep water, both swimmers and non-swimmers can participate. Enjoy a great, safe workout for beginners to advanced at all ages.
