 Live Well Personal Training is just that:  personalized training.  There are many ways to get in shape, lose the pounds, and feel better.  I specialize in encouraging those who don't think they can do it or give up too easily.  I can do it for one person or a hundred.  Guaranteed.

I enjoy finding the right solution for each individual/group.  If I design it right, you'll love exercising and won't want to stop.  And that is what I call "Success!
